Service Description

This session begins with assessing posture and symmetry, flexibility and mobility of the muscles and joints along with your range of movement through passive, resistive and active movements. The therapist will find your pain threshold and work just below it advising you on breathing techniques to manage discomfort. Remember, this type of session is designed to alleviate concerns within the muscle not to pamper, so it can be quite uncomfortable at times, even painful as you work the therapist to find your pain threshold, but it's designed to work. You can feel a bit sore for 24-48 hours after then you will feel the full benefit.

24 hour required notice for cancellations. Full payment for classes are required and 50% are required for services.
