Service Description

Have you suffered from back injuries in the past? Are you medically released by a physician? As a certified yoga instructor, medical professional, and a back injury individual myself, I will guide participants through individualized sequences providing modifications each step of the way to maintain safety of the spine. I will meet with each participant prior to your first class so we can assess your limitations during class. Please arrive 15 min early. We can also set up a short consultation privately. Payment is due day of class 24 hr cancellation policy Weather cancellations will be refunded any prepayments
